New man arrives on the board

Telford Town are delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Wilson to the board of Directors.

Adam grew up playing football alongside club chairman Hayden Dando at Coseley Youth FC, before going on to play for several West Midlands clubs including Wolverhampton United.

Now the manager of our Under 15 Phoenix side who became part of the Telford Town family this season, Adam has coached and developed his team for many years. He brings with him vast football knowledge, huge passion, and a wealth of expertise in both grassroots sport and business.

Chairman Hayden Dando said:
“Adam has been a close friend of mine since we were children starting our grassroots journey, memories we both cherish today. I couldn’t be happier to welcome him onto the board. His work with the Phoenix side has already shown the values and vision we want at this club. He will be a huge asset to Telford Town as we continue to grow and build something special together.”

Adam Wilson said:
“Since moving my grassroots team over to Telford Town but running from Wolverhampton, I have been welcomed into not just a club but a family. It is now an honour and privilege to be asked by one of my oldest friends to join the board of directors to help grow this club. Alongside my years coaching and managing at grassroots level I hope to bring my experience within business Quality and health and safety management to assist in helping this club grow and progress.
I look forward to working alongside the other board members to grow and make this club one that the community, town and county can be proud of. Thank you again for this honour.”
