Telford Town Phoenix 5-1 Bustleholme Aces

A cagey first half by telford against what we knew would be a physical test as history has taught us over the seasons vs bustleholme. We started to get the upper hand and a whipped free kick wasnt cleared by bustleholme and david then sent a lob back into the far corner. 1-0
The second followed quickly with a lovely through ball calmly finished by alfie J.
Bustleholme managed to get one back as telford pushed for more and was hit on the break.

HT 2-1

Second half
We played a lot of possession based ball play. Moving the ball and tiring the opposition out.
We then won a free kick around 30 yards out. Up stepped Evan and hit a peach into the top corner!
This was then followed by attack after attack and the bustleholme keeper making some fantastic saves, but it wouldn't last with Evan picking up a poor clearance and hitting it from 20 yards into the bottom far corner.
Again telford squandered numerous chances but were strong in defence so whenever bustleholme broke the defence was there to clean it up. A good passing move led to the final goal with even driving down the flank cutting a ball back to alfie who saw his first effort well saved but alfie didn't make a mistake on the follow up.
