Telford Town Football Club is delighted to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Juniper Training as the official education provider for our academy. This collaboration represents a significant step forward in our commitment to developing well-rounded young athletes who excel both on and off the pitch.

From the 2025/26 season, Juniper Training will deliver the NCFE Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity to our academy players as part of their full-time program. This two-year course combines academic learning, practical work experience, and personalized tutorials to prepare students for a wide range of opportunities in sports and beyond.

A Holistic Development Program

The partnership will provide academy players aged 16–19 with:
• Elite Football Training: Over 10 hours of weekly coaching from UEFA A & B licensed coaches, access to world-class facilities such as St. George’s Park and Lilleshall National Sports Centre, and the opportunity to compete against professional and semi-professional teams.
• Academic Excellence: A focused curriculum delivered by Juniper Training, including support for students resitting Maths and English GCSEs where necessary.
• Career Preparation: Hands-on work experience and tutorials to develop key skills for higher education, coaching qualifications, or careers in sport.
