Following the departure of Andy Evans and Damien Walker, Telford Town FC are now inviting applications for the position of Reserve Team Manager ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Our Reserve Team competes in the Salop Leisure League Premier Division (Step 7) and plays a vital role in the club’s senior football structure.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a forward-thinking coach to lead a competitive side and contribute to the next phase of our club’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work in close alignment with the First Team Manager and staff to maintain consistency across both squads
• Identify and develop players from within the club’s youth pathway
• Build a competitive, committed side that embodies the club’s values
• Drive the Reserve Team forward with the clear long-term objective of securing promotion to Step 6

Additional Details:
• Training: Thursday evenings (shared with First Team)
• Matches: Primarily Saturday afternoons, with occasional midweek fixtures
• Structure: Reports to Director of Football Mickey Baker, with oversight from Club Chairman Hayden Dando
• Autonomy: Freedom to appoint your own backroom staff
