We’re committed to building a real, high-quality pathway for girls, with competitive football, elite coaching, and career opportunities that go far beyond the pitch.

What’s Included:
• Full-time training, 5 days a week with UEFA A & B qualified coaches
• Weekly competitive fixtures in a structured women’s league
• Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (equivalent to 3 A-Levels)
• Progression pathway to Telford Town Women’s First Team
• Career routes in coaching, analysis, media, and sports science
• Optional US scholarship routes (via Future Pro USA)
• Strength & conditioning, personal development, matchday prep
• No fees – fully funded via Juniper Training (ESFA backed)
• All delivered from our home ground – no separate sites

Who Can Apply?
Girls aged 16–19 on 1st September 2026.
No matter your level – grassroots, county, school, or Sunday league – if you’ve got passion, we’ll give you the platform.
