Telford Town are delighted to confirm the signing of midfielder Lukman Darboe-Suwareh.

The 25-year-old arrives at the Lionheart Security Services Stadium after beginning the 2026/27 season with Dudley Town.

Lukman brings an impressive footballing CV to Telford, having previously represented Coleshill Town, Darlaston Town, Bilston Town and Bewdley Town, gaining valuable experience across the Midlands non-league game, including football at Step 4.

His career has also taken him overseas, with Lukman spending time playing in Spain with AD Torpedo 66.

A strong and composed central midfielder, Lukman is comfortable operating in a deeper midfield role and brings physicality, energy and quality in possession to the middle of the park.

He is also well known to manager Mike Dunn from their time together at Bilston Town, where Lukman established himself as an important part of Dunn’s midfield.

“He’s strong, athletic and technically very good on the ball. He gives us energy in midfield and has the mentality and work rate that we’re looking for.
